Key Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple Store Managers to achieve regional sales and profit targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure brand and operational compliance.
- Analyze sales data and execute promotional strategies.
- Foster a high-performance culture and manage inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Area or Field Sales Management (Retail/FMCG).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and willing to travel across NCR.
