About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Doors & Windows product portfolio across Indore. The incumbent will be responsible for channel expansion, project sales, key account management, and developing strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, fabricators, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue growth through channel sales, project sales, and institutional sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Doors & Windows segment.
  • Increase market penetration and brand visibility across the territory.

Channel Management

  • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and fabricators.
