The Role
You will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of flat roofing and waterproofing systems, focusing primarily on refurbishment projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and securing specifications with surveyors, local authorities, and NHS trusts
- Working on commercial projects such as hospitals, schools, and public sector buildings
- Conducting roofing condition surveys (full training provided)
- Managing projects from specification through to completion
- Building strong relationships across key stakeholders
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region
