Area Sales Manager (Beauty & Wellness)

We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead multiple beauty & wellness outlets, drive sales performance, and develop high-performing retail teams.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across multiple outlets.
- Coach and mentor Centre Managers to improve sales, productivity and customer experience.
- Analyse sales performance, KPIs and forecasts to maximise business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence, inventory control and compliance with SOPs.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events.
- Develop and retain high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.
