About the Job
As the Area Manager (AM) you will lead the commercial performance of multiple clinics by driving revenue growth, sales excellence, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with Clinic Managers to improve sales performance, ensure operational consistency, and execute business strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance
- Drive revenue growth and achieve area sales targets across multiple clinics.
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV) and package sales.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and key business metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement action plans for underperforming clinics.
- Ensure all commercial KPIs are consistently achieved.
