Area Manager, Operations — Lead Lean Teams

Amazon is looking for an Area Manager to lead a team of Amazon Associates in a Fulfillment Center. This entry‑level management role focuses on developing people, applying leadership principles, and delivering safe, high‑quality service for customers.

You will coach 30–80 hourly associates, manage shifts (including weekends/nights), and pursue continuous process improvements with Lean tools. English fluency and a bachelor’s degree are required to apply.
