• Monitor and analyze sales trend per assigned area.
• Create a strategized performance in coordination with the Area Supervisor for an effective improvement in sales growth to achieve sales target.
• Schedule training programs for staff.

Reports and Monitoring

• Coordinate with SM's store head to check on the performance behavior and work relations of Area Supervisors.
• Provide an objective evaluation on a semi-annual basis or as required by Immediate Supervisor per Area Supervisors.
• Assist and guide Area Supervisors in decision-making in agreement and coordination with the Immediate Superior.
• Submit detailed Weekly Area report.

Inventory Control

• Audit variance of area.
• Action point for store damages.
