Area Manager (Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur)

This role will fully manage and travel across Abra, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor and DSS relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution within the assigned territory. This role oversees sales agents, Regional Distributors (RD), and DSS partners to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous sales growth. The Area Manager identifies performance gaps, implements corrective actions, maintains regulatory and policy adherence, and supports field operations.
