Job Title: Area Maintenance Manager (Retail FM)
Location: North Scotland and Edinburgh
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (On Call 1 in 7 cover, incl weekends)
Salary: £54,621.00 (circa, depending on experience) + Car / Car Allowance of £5,700 + Annual Bonus!

In this role, you will lead a mobile technical team, ensuring the effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance services.
