As an Area Facilities Manager, you oversee maintenance operations for a home community and support 5–7 additional communities, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for residents and team members.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead day-to-day facilities operations at your home community
• Support Maintenance Coordinators across your regional cluster
• Ensure compliance with life safety, AHJ, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee preventive maintenance and TELS CMMS compliance
• Manage capital projects, vendor bids, and contract performance
• Provide 24-hour emergency response support as needed
• Conduct facility audits and semi-annual building reviews
• Train, coach, and mentor maintenance team members
