As SWE Area CI (Continuous Improvement) Lead, you will manage the overall performance of the distribution center, including planning, organizing staff, and controlling all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations, procedures, and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels.
- Assist senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards.
- Accountability for achieving company objectives regarding costs, productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
- Manage all aspects of customer requirements, including inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements, and development of incentive programs.
