Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Coach on behalf of our client based in Plattekloof. The Area Coach is responsible for leading multiple restaurants through coaching and developing Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sales growth and profitability. This role spends the majority of its time in stores, coaching leadership teams and ensuring consistent execution of company standards.
