**Key Job Responsibilities**

**Talent Acquisition**

+ Responsible for all stages of the talent acquisition process, from advertisement to talent selection, in accordance with the Workforce Plan
+ Liaising and maintaining records with the Talent Acquisition team, as required

+ Designs and delivers onboarding programs consistent with corporate standards
+ Acts as point of contact for new employees regarding onboarding, orientation, and assimilation to policies and programs.
+ Coordinates with recruitment agencies in fulfilling vacant roles, when necessary.
+ Ensures all Talent Acquisition records and reporting requirements are maintained accurately for reporting purposes.
+ Coordinates with relevant business leaders in creating and updating Job Descriptions where necessary, in accordance with Encore global standards
