Job Description Overview

The Product Development team is dynamic – leading the future of our business through design supported by data and insights while supporting day‑to‑day operations. As part of the team, the Designer, Product Development is responsible for supporting new model development and existing model enhancements, using predominantly Revit and some AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities

Project manage new model development from concept to sales release working with all key stakeholders within the operations team. Complete new master working files using Revit 3D software and AutoCAD, adhering to internal Design Guidelines and Bylaws for both Calgary and Edmonton regions. Create blacklines set of drawings, floor plans, sections, pre-planned options. Coordinate and review with Architectural Controls to ensure drawings meet requirements.
