Role Description

The Architecture Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dunedin, working closely with the Mason & Wales team on a diverse range of architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing design documentation and drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and contributing to project planning and delivery. The role involves integrating functional, aesthetic, and sustainability requirements into coherent design solutions, while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Architecture Specialist will participate in client meetings, present design options, respond to feedback, and support the continuous refinement of project outcomes. Collaboration, clear communication, and attention to detail are key aspects of this position.
