Architectural Technician
A regional house builder have a requirement for an Architectural Technician to join their regional office in Lancashire.
Architectural Technician role
You will support the Design team with the execution of housing developments across the region providing accurate architectural and technical information.
Key Responsibilities:
Amend / update AutoCAD and REVIT house type working drawings and all associated drawings, details and documents.
Produce AutoCAD and REVIT house type working drawings and all associated drawings, details and documents.
Checking external Consultants' and Designers' drawings, documents and reports.
Liaison and collaboration with members of all other Departments within the Company.
Preparation and collation of Building Regulations / NHBC / Premier Guarantee / ICW Applications.
Clearance of Building Regulations and Warranty Provider conditions.
