You will lead project delivery from design development through construction documentation, manage multiple drawing sets and filings, and guide junior team members while collaborating closely with clients and consultants. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to contribute to award-winning work in housing, mixed-use developments, and charter school projects across New York and other states.
