Architectural Draughtsman - Randburg Area (Contract)

Key Requirements: Candidate Architectural Technologist registration or equivalent qualification with SACAP. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist / Draughtsman Fully proficient in Revit 2027 with at least 2 years practical experience. Strong knowledge of council submissions, including Site Development Plans (SDPs) and building plan submissions. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Stable employment history. Own reliable transport. Residing in Randburg or surrounding areas will be advantageous. Open to both male and female candidates. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and develop architectural drawings using Revit 2027. Conduct site visits, including measuring and surveying high-risk industrial sites (e.g. gas and oxygen installations). Prepare and submit council documentation and building plans.
