Job Description
- Coordinate architectural consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Schedule, coordinate and strategy architectural works refer to the project schedule and plan
- Check and submit for approval Method Statement /SWP /DWG / Brochure & Sample and all submissions for multiple Architectural works
- Review, check and coordinate workability /quality/compliance of specialist /sub-contractor design/shop drawings /site works
- Monitor, check and ensure implementation of architectural works on site refer to approved drawings and documents
- Ensure project operations are in compliance with ISO standard and safety requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, building codes and authorities’ requirements
- Coordinate site works with C&S, M&E & authorities
- Support QS and Site team not limited to site architectural works only
