Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts that align with the client s requirements, site conditions, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare concept design presentations, 2D and 3D visuals, renderings, and sketches for client approval.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and culturally appropriate to UAE CODES.
- Develop 3D models of architectural designs using software such as Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, civil, and infrastructure engineers to integrate architectural and engineering systems.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve design clashes and ensure constructability.
- Review engineering inputs to maintain architectural intent and design integrity.
- Lead and oversee the architectural design process from conceptual design to detailed design and construction documentation.
