Architect

Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Makati. The Architect will participate in all stages of the design process, including concept development, schematic and detailed design, preparation of drawings and 3D models, and coordination of design documentation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and consultants, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and assisting in code and standards compliance review. The role also involves supporting project management activities such as tracking deliverables, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and assisting in integration of design inputs from different disciplines. The Architect will be expected to contribute to design reviews, provide practical solutions to design challenges, and help ensure that projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
