Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and self-starting experienced Project Architect to join our Architectural Studio. The successful candidate will report directly to the Architectural Department Manager and will be responsible for fulfilling all assigned duties while having the ability to delegate responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Perform analysis of costs and determine which drawings are required for each phase of the project during the feasibility study stage.
+ Develop detailed cost estimates and work with the equipment/material specifier while managing the project timeline and ensuring all due dates are met during the schematic design stage.
+ Conduct the design/development phase with additional client/user review and approval, including performing city, county, and state code reviews and refining design options with detailed cost estimates.
