Summary This is an Archeologist Seasonal Position at Hot Springs National Park. The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is October - March, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: October 2026 Open to the first 50 applicants or until 07/20/2026 whichever comes first. All applications submitted by 11:59 (EST) on the closing day will receive consideration. Responsibilities Archeologist Major Duties: Writing and editing professional documents. Entering, retrieving, and synthesizing data. Maintaining archeological information databases including geographic information system (GIS). Producing documents and reports using software applications. Querying data when writing reports.
