Basta Design House is a luxury kitchen and interior design brand representing premium European craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO, showroom team, and daily client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our CEO in arranging meetings, appointments, and day-to-day business and personal commitments
- Provide structured support to the showroom operations
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and follow up on quotations when required
- Support day-to-day administrative, coordination, and showroom tasks
