• Warmly greet and assist clients upon their arrival at the clinic
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar
• Provide clients with information regarding clinic services and procedures in both Arabic and English
• Assist with the client check‑in process including the completion of necessary forms
