Job Summary:
The AR Specialist will support the day-to-day processing of transactions and ongoing monitoring of our Customer accounts across all business channels, with primary focus within our Wholesale lines of business. A successful candidate is someone who possesses strong general accounting knowledge and skills, is comfortable working with large data sets and reconciling high volume transactions, and thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms
Process customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording and application
Ensure that all credits taken by customers are valid, collaborating with Operations team to examine Chargebacks, and dispute if necessary
Escalate any disputed or complex issues to appropriate team member
