JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the DSO and Delinquency to meet corporate guidelines (ESG Divisions) Maintain and update Customer Master Records in JDE (ESG Divisions).Monitor ESG Mailbox with Account Set up Team Members regarding Account Maintenance
Coordinate Communication with ESG Dealers and RSM’s regarding Finance & Credit Decisions.
Interact with Dealers, RSM, Sales & Service Departments to resolve issues that delay payment.
Maintain and update Centralized Dealer Files (Dealer Agreements, UCC-1 Certificates, Financial Statements, Resale Certificates, FET Certificates, Insurance Certificates, and Annual Certification of Ownership and Management).
Interact with Dealership to ensure that Dealer Agreements are executed & enforced and that required documentation is being submitted on a timely basis.
Maintain Tax Exemption Certificates on all Non-Taxable Customers and update on CM Record & Vertex.
