Robert Half is seeking experienced Accounts Receivable professionals for contract opportunities with clients in Bothell, WA. Our clients in the local area frequently seek experienced AR specialists to support billing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation functions. Key Responsibilities:
+ Generate and issue invoices to customers
+ Apply incoming payments and maintain accurate cash receipts records
+ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
+ Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
+ Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries
+ Assist with month-end reporting and accounts receivable close tasks
+ Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
