Aprio PH - Associate, Assurance Services (US Real Estate Audit)

Apirio PH Audit team seeks an Audit Associate to support clients in maximizing their opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

• Skillfully and accurately perform audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Prepare audit work papers and adjust trial balances.
• Compile financial statements into a written report for presentation.
• Create and strengthen relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Review procedures as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (CPA track is a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience in an auditing role.
• Real Estate or affordable housing industry experience is preferred, but open to candidates with relevant experience from other industries.
• Solid understanding of auditing and accounting standards (US GAAP and GAAS); open to candidates with local PH audit experience, with training provided as needed...
