Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Apprentice Training Instructor. The opportunity will sit onsite in State College, or Harrisburg.

Position Summary:

• Develop, organize, schedule and present training materials and training courses.
• Consult with department managers on apprentice performance and development.
• Continually update and keep course content current as new product technology comes out.
• Support apprentices while in training and on the job including communication with training partners.
