Our team values efficiency and aims to deliver exceptional service while simplifying complex processes. Counterparty Manager is an essential tool that enables buy-side and sell-side counterparts to streamline client onboarding and automate the sharing of regulatory data with bodies such as ISDA, FATCA, EMIR, and ASIC. It also facilitates FATCA compliance by allowing clients to upload and share various documents, including W-8, W-8BEN-E, and other necessary forms, ensuring smooth contracting processes and enhancing compliance and risk management.
