Apprentice

The Packaging Supervisor (OMO) supports the value streams at Jamshoro within the assigned packaging zones. The role ensures safe, compliant and efficient operations across designated work centers, maintaining the required span of control and upholding packaging standards according to the shift schedule while ensuring quality, safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support operations in Packaging with compliance to applicable SOPs delivered by their OMO.
• Adhere to GMP/EHS standards.
• Support in packaging processes (Blister Packing to Final Packrite Packing).
• Maintain 5S zoning of chairs and perform equipment/area cleaning to keep lines clean and hygienic.
• Timely report and escalate all quality/safety issues.
• Perform material transfer activity from Packing to Warehouse in a timely manner.
