Apprentice Educator

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family you’ll gain hands‑on experience while working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child. Once the apprenticeship ends you’ll move into a qualified educator role.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
