Apprentice Data Technician – Planning and Performance Team

Staffordshire County Council is offering an apprenticeship that will develop your data skills to support the service area’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Careers and Participation Service in using the NCCIS compliant database to record accurate data.
• Check and process data from various sources and upload it to the relevant databases.

Ideal Candidate

• Maths and English GCSE Grade A‑C / 9‑4 (or equivalent).
• No existing qualification at level 3 or higher in a similar subject to the apprenticeship qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience and confidence using a range of ICT software, including Excel.
• A flexible, ‘can‑do’ attitude with the ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail.
