MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAIN WORKS SUPERVISOR / WORKS DIRECTOR:

• Become familiar with - and proficient in - your cases/contracts
• Prepare your operation(s)
• Define your needs, the survey elements, the method and resources in terms of labor and materials
• Manage orders
• Carry out the construction survey (budget)
• Consult the sub-contractors for your operation, establish comparative statements and take part in appointing sub-contractors
• Steer the development of the works under your responsibility in cooperation with the site supervisor and monitor the progress of the works (progress schedules, report ...
