Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join the team. As the main point of contact for enquiries, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the booking process with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities Respond to all enquiries via Whats App, email, phone, social media, and website Deliver fast, personalised responses to every enquiry Assist walk-in clients when required Maintain accurate records on CRM systems Manage and coordinate schedules effectively Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality sales or client service Fluent in Afrikaans and English Own reliable transport to travel to Pretoria East Proficiency in Office software including Google Sheets and Google Docs
