Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for potential puppy adopters with the Puppy Concierge team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups with potential clients to confirm appointments and gather any necessary pre‑meeting information.
• Maintain and update client information in our Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
