About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Appointment Coordinator to join our busy, multi-disciplinary Gastroenterology team at Middlemore Hospital. This is a fixed‑term, full‑time position until June 2027, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during business hours. This offers the chance to be at the heart of the patient journey, from managing referrals and wait lists to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments.
