The Role
- Works with key customer engineers to integrate Edwards’ products into customer systems as a default standard.
- Works with customer engineers to determine product requirements and communicate them to Edwards management and product development teams.
- Influences Edwards product development by identifying key customer and product issues and potential solutions.
- Develops and distributes an expressed understanding of the customer’s stated and apparent roadmap for systems development for all customers using vacuum and abatement.
- Works closely with the account team to ensure full awareness of commercial and technical requirements of all projects.
- Maintains awareness of Edwards’ technical and commercial competitive position with respect to the customer’s product and process roadmaps.
