What You'll Do
Adept at performing Root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware, and software that relates to distributed cloud-based systems concerning scaling, performance or network issues. Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to quickly resolve customer-facing incidents. Performs proactive analysis and troubleshooting to predict and prevent production incidents.
