Key Responsibilities
- L1/L2 Incident Triage: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues reported by Portfolio Managers and Analysts. Acknowledge, categorize, and prioritize tickets based on business impact.
- Log Analysis & Debugging: Proactively monitor application logs (using tools like Splunk or ELK) to identify errors. Perform code-level debugging in Java and Python to understand why a process failed, even if the fix is implemented by a separate engineering team.
- Data Troubleshooting (SQL): Execute complex SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies in lending databases. Validate that collateral values, interest rates, and position data are flowing correctly between systems.
