Responsibilities
- Provide primary L1–L3 application support for business-critical enterprise applications, including incident triage, issue investigation, production monitoring, and user support.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) , document findings, and drive corrective or preventive actions to improve system stability.
- Support production releases, deployment validation, post-release monitoring, and hypercare activities during critical support windows.
- Perform enhancements , bug fixes , configuration updates, and support-related application changes when required.
- Support business-critical activities during Malaysia public holidays when required, with compensation through replacement leave or holiday pay based on company policy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in application support, production support, or support-focused software development .
