Application Support Analyst (French Speaker) - Hybrid
Location: Downtown Montreal, hybrid mode (must be on-site 3 days/week (60% of the time) with mandatory on-site presence on Mondays or Fridays)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular start 7–8 AM
Work schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays depending on the team (1 week out of 15)
Duration: 5+ months – 40 hours/week (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: CAD $75/hour – Incorporated Basis – Without Benefits
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in application support within a large organization (financial sector)
- Experience with Python / Shell scripting is important for automation, as there is a strong focus on maximizing automation
- Must have worked with:
- Blockchain
- Monitoring tools (primarily Grafana & Prometheus, as well as Dynatrace)
- ServiceNow ticket management
