APPLICATION SPECIALIST In this team, you will provide high-quality telephonic support to potential new lawfirm/attorney customers through a legal intake process.Follow an establishedprocess to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potentialnew clients on a regular basis.Responsibilities:● Answering inbound/outbound calls from prospective clients looking for helpwith applying for Social Security Disability Benefits.
● Properly complete the intake form using our proprietary CustomerRelationship System (CRM)● Explain Social Security Disability eligibility, benefits and our requirements,expectations and standards.
● Positively promote and sell the benefits of using our services to all prospects.
