Application Sales Engineer

Overview

Element is seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Application Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting complex Requests for Quotation (RFQs) into high‑quality technical proposals and quotations, while building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.

Working closely with clients, technical experts, laboratory personnel, and the sales team, you will identify customer requirements, develop tailored testing solutions, and support business growth through effective quotation management and account development.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
