Role Overview

At Kyndryl, we reimagine mission‑critical technology systems for leading businesses. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams across architecture, development, testing, infrastructure, data, and operations to ensure modernization activities are executed according to scope, quality, timeline, and business expectations. The lead supports the definition of the modernization roadmap, identifies technical risks, drives issue resolution, and ensures alignment between the converted application, business rules, functional requirements, and target architecture.

Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of application modernization workstreams, including legacy analysis, code conversion, remediation, integration, and stabilization.
