Role Summary:

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) will lead the design, build, and evolution of a modern, high‑performance enterprise application and data platform , leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Databricks, Apache Spark, AWS, and AI technologies .

This role requires deep technical leadership combined with strong people management to deliver secure, compliant, scalable, data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions that meet banking standards and enterprise governance expectations .
