Respond to and manage sales product inquiries with technical knowledge and professionalism. Deliver and deploy equipment according to post-sales procedures and customer requirements. Perform preventive maintenance and conduct regular servicing of deployed systems. Troubleshoot and carry out diagnostic analysis for equipment faults or failures. Provide timely repair services and liaise with vendors or internal teams for complex fixes. Maintain accurate service records and prepare basic service or incident reports. Support customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and offering professional technical assistance.
