Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional application engineering and business development activities to support growth across the full transformer product portfolio.
• Deliver customer-facing initiatives including technical training's, customer visits, specification reviews, tender clarifications, and participation in conferences.
• Act as a technical advisor, influencing specifications, supporting negotiations, and guiding customers on transformer applications and system integration.
• Support internal teams by delivering technical training, shaping tender strategies, coordinating with factory and engineering teams, and assisting during FATs and post‑order technical discussions.
• Establish KPIs covering training activities, specification influence, and customer engagement, ensuring clear visibility of progress and outcomes.
