Application Engineer

As a Lead Process Engineer, supervises and leads a group of engineers under broad direction. Provides technical guidance, coaches junior professionals, and is responsible for performance appraisals. Plans, budgets, organizes, and controls a segment of a large and diversified engineering program or an entire program of moderate scope. Accountable for assigned staff and budget while ensuring technical excellence in process engineering deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Develop Process Design Basis and Design Philosophies according to project scope. Execute FEED jobs in the Phenol and Cumene petrochemical field. Review and perform process simulations;
guide engineers to develop Heat & Mass Balances. Develop PFDs, PSFDs, P&IDs, C&EDs, and safety charts. Perform routine process calculations (hydraulics, sizing) using process software and in-house tools.
